1.  Start on damp or dry hair — Use on slightly damp hair after washing, or on dry hair any time.

2.  Dispense a few drops — Take a small amount and rub it between your palms to warm it up.

3.  Apply mid-lengths to ends — Smooth it evenly from the mid-lengths down. Avoid the scalp — it's for the lengths, not the roots.

4.  Comb through — Run fingers or a wide-tooth comb through for even distribution.
