Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.
- Cancellation is not allowed after the order has been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Seller Cancellation
- DIONE UK does not initiate cancellations unless necessary.
- We may cancel orders in case of pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.
- You will be notified via email if your order is cancelled by us.
Product Exchanges
- Product exchanges are not currently offered.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team.
Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
- You can track your order status through your account dashboard or via the tracking link sent to your email.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
