Every wash

1.  Wet — Soak hair fully with lukewarm water — warm opens the cuticle.

2.  Shampoo — Work a coin-sized amount into scalp and lengths for 2–3 minutes, then rinse until the water runs clear.

3.  Condition — Apply to mid-lengths and ends of damp hair, skip the roots. Leave 2–3 minutes, then rinse cool.

Once a week — the mask replaces your conditioner

4.  Mask — After shampooing, towel-dry and work the mask through, focusing on the ends. Massage in.

5.  Wrap & wait — Wrap in a towel and leave for 5–10 minutes.

6.  Rinse — Rinse out. No need for conditioner that day — the mask does that job.
